1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, and digital content offered by ProxiesVault, including residential proxies, mobile proxies, and VPN subscriptions available at proxiesvault.com.ng ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws in your country or jurisdiction.

ProxiesVault reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

3. Permitted Uses

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. Acceptable uses include:

• Online privacy and anonymity protection;
• Secure browsing on public or untrusted networks;
• Accessing geo-restricted content you have a legal right to access;
• Legitimate business research, data gathering, and market analysis within applicable platform terms;
• Cybersecurity education, penetration testing on systems you own or have written authorisation to test;
• Personal and professional use in compliance with all relevant laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly forbidden. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Any form of fraud, financial crime, scamming, phishing, or identity theft;
• Unauthorised access to third-party accounts, systems, devices, or networks;
• Sending spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or conducting mass automated outreach;
• Harvesting personal data without the knowledge or consent of individuals;
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or any malicious software;
• Any activity that violates Nigerian law, including the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) Act 2015, or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction;
• Using our services to facilitate or conceal any criminal act;
• Reselling or redistributing credentials obtained through ProxiesVault without explicit written consent.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Flutterwave. By completing a payment you agree to the following:

• All sales are final. Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once credentials or access details have been delivered.
• If you experience a technical fault with a product — such as non-working credentials at the time of delivery — you must contact our support team on WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase. We will investigate and, where fault lies with us, issue a replacement or credit.
• Payments made in error or duplicate payments should be reported immediately. We will review and resolve at our discretion.
• ProxiesVault reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud before delivery, issuing a full refund in such cases.

6. Delivery of Products

Digital credentials (proxy access details, VPN login information) are delivered to the email address and/or WhatsApp number associated with your account, typically within minutes of a confirmed payment. ProxiesVault is not liable for delays caused by incorrect contact details supplied by the buyer, network outages, or third-party delivery failures outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ProxiesVault provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services;
• We are not responsible for any legal consequences, losses, or penalties resulting from how you choose to use our products after purchase;
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at our WhatsApp support number if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ProxiesVault will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure.

9. Privacy

We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order and deliver your products — typically your name, email address, and payment reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Flutterwave and is subject to their privacy policy. By using our Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data for these purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

ProxiesVault reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
